Insurance coverage information and any available proof of coverage can be discussed upon request. We do not advertise specific coverage or certifications until they have been verified.

Question 7

What types of residential cleaning do you specialize in?

Accepted Answer

We specialize in move-in and move-out cleaning for houses, apartments, condos, townhomes, and rental properties. Our services are designed to prepare properties for incoming occupants, new homeowners, tenants, property managers, and real estate transitions.

Question 8

What is the difference between Standard Cleaning and Deep Cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Standard Cleaning covers essential cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, accessible surfaces, and floors. It's best for properties that are already reasonably maintained and need a professional refresh. Deep Cleaning includes everything in Standard Cleaning plus more detailed attention to areas such as baseboards, doors, frames, bathroom buildup, kitchen grease, floor edges, and accessible window tracks. Deep Cleaning is recommended for properties requiring more detailed cleaning before occupancy or after move-out.

Question 9

How much does residential cleaning cost?

Accepted Answer

Residential pricing is based on bedroom count and the selected cleaning package: Studio/1 BR — Standard $150 / Deep $250 | 2 BR — $200 / $300 | 3 BR — $250 / $350 | 4 BR — $325 / $450 | 5 BR — $400 / $550 | 6+ BR — Custom Quote. These are base package prices. Add-ons, excessive cleaning conditions, or changes to the approved scope may affect the final quote.

Question 10

Are cleaning prices based on square footage or bedrooms?

Accepted Answer

Our standard residential pricing is based primarily on bedroom count and the selected package. We also request approximate square footage and property condition to ensure the quoted service is appropriate for the property.

Question 11

What is included in Standard Cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Standard Cleaning generally includes: kitchen countertops, sinks, stovetop surfaces, backsplash, and appliance exteriors; bathroom sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, mirrors, and fixtures; accessible surface dusting, windowsills, light baseboard dusting, switches, and door handles; accessible closet shelves and interior door spot cleaning; vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping appropriate floors; and minor routine trash removal and final inspection. Interior appliance cleaning, extensive buildup removal, specialty floor treatment, and other add-ons are not automatically included.

Question 12

What additional services are included in Deep Cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Deep Cleaning includes all Standard Cleaning tasks plus: more detailed kitchen surface scrubbing and moderate grease removal; additional attention to soap scum and moderate hard-water buildup; detailed bathroom tile and areas around toilets; hand-wiping accessible baseboards; more detailed cleaning of doors and frames; accessible vent cover cleaning; detailed floor edges and corners; moderate wall spot cleaning where safe; and accessible interior window track detailing. Deep Cleaning does not include restoration, hazardous remediation, or correction of permanent surface damage.

Question 13

Do you clean inside refrigerators, ovens, and cabinets?

Accepted Answer

Yes. These services are available as optional add-ons. They are not automatically included in Standard or Deep Cleaning unless specifically selected and approved.

Question 14

What residential add-on services do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Question 15

Do you guarantee that my landlord will return my security deposit?

Accepted Answer

No. While our move-out cleaning services are designed to help prepare a property for inspection, security deposit decisions are made by the landlord or property manager. We cannot guarantee a full security deposit refund.

Question 16

Do you move furniture or personal belongings?

Accepted Answer

Routine cleaning includes accessible areas. Heavy furniture moving, extensive personal-item organization, junk removal, and moving services are not included unless separately agreed upon. Please remove or secure personal belongings before the appointment whenever possible.

Question 17

How do I book a residential cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Our booking process: (1) Select Standard or Deep Cleaning. (2) Choose any additional services. (3) Enter your property information. (4) Submit your preferred appointment date and time. (5) VIP Premium reviews your request and confirms availability. (6) Once approved, accept the service terms and pay your deposit. (7) Your appointment is confirmed after the required steps are completed. Submitting a request does not automatically confirm an appointment.

Question 18

Is a deposit required?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Approved residential cleaning appointments require a 25% deposit to secure the booking. The remaining 75% is due upon completion of the cleaning service.

Question 19

When do I pay the remaining balance?

Accepted Answer

The remaining balance is due when the approved cleaning service has been completed. Any additional services must be approved before they are charged.

Question 20

Can I request same-day cleaning?

Accepted Answer

You may submit a same-day or short-notice request, but availability is not guaranteed. All appointments require review and confirmation.

Question 21

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Requests made more than 24 hours before the appointment may transfer the deposit to a new approved date. Rescheduling within 24 hours is subject to VIP Premium approval and availability.

Question 22

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

More than 24 hours before the appointment: full deposit refund. Within 24 hours: the 25% deposit is generally nonrefundable. If VIP Premium cancels before arriving: full deposit refund. If we arrive but cannot safely perform cleaning due to undisclosed hazardous conditions, the deposit may be retained. If the property is inaccessible, a missed appointment may result in deposit forfeiture after reasonable contact attempts and a 15-minute access window. Approved refunds are initiated within five business days. Please review our full Booking & Cancellation Policy before confirming your appointment.

Question 23

Can my cleaning price change after I submit a request?

Accepted Answer

Your initial estimate is based on the information you provide. If the property's actual condition or scope differs materially from the description, VIP Premium will explain any recommended changes and provide an updated quote. We will not charge additional fees without your approval. When practical and safe, you may choose to proceed with the original approved scope instead of purchasing additional services.

Question 24

What if my property is extremely dirty?

Accepted Answer

We evaluate residential properties using general condition categories: Condition A — Well Maintained (typically suitable for Standard Cleaning); Condition B — Moderate Buildup (Deep Cleaning may be recommended); Condition C — Excessive Conditions (requires a customized assessment and quote). Heavy buildup, extensive neglect, or unusually demanding conditions may require additional time, equipment, or specialized services.

Question 25

Are there cleaning situations you do not handle?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Standard cleaning services do not include hazardous-material remediation, sewage cleanup, blood or bodily-fluid remediation, dangerous chemical exposure, active pest treatment, or other unsafe conditions. We may decline or suspend services when a property presents a serious health or safety risk.

Question 26

What happens if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?

Accepted Answer

We stand behind the quality of our approved cleaning services. If you believe an included task was missed or inadequately completed, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the concern and, when appropriate, arrange a complimentary correction of the affected area within a mutually reasonable timeframe.

Question 27

Does your satisfaction guarantee cover permanent stains or damage?

Accepted Answer

No. Our cleaning guarantee applies to included cleaning tasks, not permanent stains, damaged materials, pre-existing deterioration, newly created messes, or services that were not purchased.

Question 28

What types of commercial properties do you clean?

Accepted Answer

VIP Premium Services focuses on residential community clubhouses, amenity centers, nightclubs, bars, lounges, and entertainment and event venues. We provide customized cleaning solutions based on each facility's requirements.

Question 29

Do you offer recurring commercial cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can discuss one-time, weekly, multiple-times-per-week, daily, after-hours, and event-based cleaning arrangements. Schedules and service frequency are determined during the consultation process.

Question 30

Do you provide after-hours or overnight cleaning?

Accepted Answer

After-hours and overnight commercial cleaning may be arranged based on facility requirements, project scope, and staffing availability. This is particularly useful for nightlife and entertainment venues.

Question 31

How much does commercial cleaning cost?

Accepted Answer

All commercial cleaning is priced individually. We do not publish flat commercial rates because each facility has different square footage, operating hours, traffic levels, cleaning requirements, and service frequency. An in-person walkthrough is required before we prepare a customized commercial cleaning proposal.

Question 32

How do I request a commercial cleaning quote?

Accepted Answer

Submit a commercial cleaning inquiry through our website. Please include your business name, facility type, service address, contact information, desired cleaning frequency, and any special requirements. We will coordinate an on-site walkthrough before preparing a customized proposal.

Question 33

Can you handle larger commercial cleaning projects?

Accepted Answer

VIP Premium can coordinate additional qualified cleaning professionals or subcontractors when a project requires more personnel. Project acceptance depends on the scope, scheduling, staffing availability, and any facility-specific requirements.

Question 34

Do commercial clients pay a 25% deposit?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily. The 25% deposit policy applies to residential bookings. Commercial deposits, invoicing schedules, cancellation terms, and payment deadlines are established individually in the approved proposal and Commercial Cleaning Service Agreement.

Question 35

Can you clean a venue after a private event?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Post-event cleaning is one of the commercial services we offer. We can discuss cleaning requirements for restrooms, floors, guest seating, bar areas, VIP sections, and other approved areas following an event. The final scope and price are determined after a walkthrough.
